7-Day Refund Window
New paid subscriptions to PipelineGenie may be cancelled for a full refund of the most recent charge within seven (7) days of the initial subscription date. To request a refund, email legal@getpipelinegenie.com from the email address on your account.
After the 7-Day Window
Fees for periods already begun are non-refundable. If you cancel after the 7-day window, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.
Annual Plans
Annual plans follow the same 7-day refund window. After that window, annual fees are non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated on cancellation.
Upgrades & Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and collection of the disputed amount plus reasonable costs.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.
