Overview
PipelineGenie uses artificial intelligence to help real estate professionals work more efficiently. AI powers features including Price Strategy Genie (recommended list prices and price reduction suggestions), Genie Call Overlay (coaching scripts and objection handling), drafted emails, and summarizations.
Model Providers
Requests are routed through the Lovable AI Gateway to third-party model providers, currently including Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT family), and Anthropic (Claude family). Providers may change; the current list is available on request.
What Is Sent to AI
- Property address, list price, days on market, and public listing metadata.
- Notes and prompts you type into AI features.
- Deal-level context needed to generate a suggestion.
We do not send Social Security numbers, government IDs, or full payment card numbers to AI providers. Providers do not use gateway traffic to train their models under the gateway's terms.
Limits of AI Output
- AI output is a suggestion, not a valuation, appraisal, legal opinion, or brokerage advice.
- AI can be inaccurate, out of date, or biased. It may "hallucinate" facts.
- You are the licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving any AI output before sharing it with a client, MLS, or third party.
- AI output must not consider or reference protected classes under the Fair Housing Act. See our Fair Housing Notice.
Client-Facing AI
When AI-generated content is shared with a client (for example, a recommended new list price in the client portal), you are the sender and remain responsible for the content.
