Pipeline Genie uses AI (large language models) to assist agents with pricing analysis, coaching scripts, and content generation. We design these features to comply with the Fair Housing Act, HUD guidance on algorithmic tools, and emerging AI regulations (Colorado AI Act, NYC Local Law 144, EU AI Act).
What our AI does not do
- Does not use race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected class as inputs to pricing.
- Does not describe neighborhoods using demographic characteristics.
- Does not make consequential decisions autonomously — every AI output is reviewed by a licensed agent before it reaches a client.
Human in the loop
AI outputs are suggestions. The licensed agent is solely responsible for pricing recommendations, client communications, and fair-housing compliance. See our AI Disclosure for details.
Bias monitoring
We review AI outputs for prohibited language patterns and update system prompts quarterly. Report a concern: ai-safety@getpipelinegenie.com.
