PipelineGenie supports the letter and spirit of the U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing program in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin, or any other class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
Our Policy
- The Service must not be used to discriminate, steer, redline, or otherwise treat any protected class differently.
- AI-generated content (pricing suggestions, coaching scripts, drafted messages) must not include references to protected class or neighborhood demographic profiling. Users are responsible for reviewing AI output before use.
- Users are responsible for compliance with the Fair Housing Act, ECOA, state fair housing laws, and applicable MLS and brokerage rules.
Reporting Concerns
Report suspected fair housing violations to HUD at hud.gov/fairhousing or 1-800-669-9777, and to legal@getpipelinegenie.com so we can investigate misuse of the Service.
