This notice is for buyers and sellers ("clients") accessing a client portal hosted by PipelineGenie on behalf of a real estate agent or brokerage ("your Agent").
Who Is Responsible for the Portal
Your Agent controls what information appears in the portal and is your primary point of contact for its content. PipelineGenie provides the software and hosting only.
What You Can See
- Status of your transaction (listing, under contract, closed, etc.).
- Price history and any recommendations your Agent shares with you.
- Showing feedback your Agent chooses to share.
- Messages between you and your Agent.
What Your Agent Sees
Your Agent and their team can see the deal, your responses to shared pricing suggestions, and messages you send through the portal. Certain internal notes are not shared with you.
Communications
Your Agent may send transactional emails through the portal (status updates, price recommendations, showing feedback). By using the portal you consent to receive these messages. You can request to stop by contacting your Agent directly.

Your Privacy Rights
