PipelineGenie responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Filing a Notice
Send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and a URL sufficient to locate it.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

We terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
