You may not use Pipeline Genie to:
- Violate any federal, state, or local law, including the Fair Housing Act, RESPA, TCPA, or CAN-SPAM.
- Discriminate against, or steer clients based on, any protected class (race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, source of income, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other class protected by law).
- Send unsolicited commercial email or SMS.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach security, or probe/scan the platform.
- Impersonate another person or brokerage.
- Use AI-generated output as legal, tax, or licensed real estate advice without professional review.
- Scrape MLS or IDX data outside your license terms.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform outside a valid subscription tier.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, content removal, account suspension, or termination. We may report unlawful activity to authorities and cooperate with subpoenas.
